IMPORTANT BOOKING RULES (READ BEFORE BOOKING)

 

1. Time Selection Policy (VERY IMPORTANT)

  • You must select an appointment time ONLY from the times we post in the picture above. Please just read the rules before booking

  • Example: If we post 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM, those are the ONLY available times.

  • If you book a time outside of what is listed, your appointment will be:

    • Voided, and

    • Subject to cancellation without refund

⚠️ Do NOT choose random times. Only book what is provided in the main page picture.

2. Schedule Change / Reschedule by Us

  • In rare cases, we may need to reschedule due to:

    • Staff availability

    • Illness

    • Scheduling conflicts

  • We will contact you and work with you to find a new time.

  • Your deposit will transfer to the new appointment.

  • Deposits remain non-refundable.

3. Clean Hair Requirement

  • Hair must be:

    • Clean

    • Fully blow-dried

  • No exceptions

4. Right to Refuse Service

  • We reserve the right to refuse service for:

    • Disrespectful behavior

    • Repeated cancellations or policy violations

    • Rudeness toward any stylist

5. Extra Availability (Instagram Policy)

  • The website will only show set dates and times that do not change this will be the main form of Booking.

  • Any:

    • Last-minute openings

    • Cancellations

    • Extra availability

Will be posted ONLY on Instagram

 

📌 Clients are responsible for checking both the website AND Instagram for availability.

BOOKING & PAYMENT POLICIES

6. Deposit & Payment Policy

  • A $35 deposit is required to secure your appointment

  • Deposits go toward your total service

  • A $2.50 processing fee is added to online deposits:

    • Non-refundable

    • Does NOT go toward your service total

 

7. Rescheduling Policy

  • ONE reschedule allowed

  • Must be 48 hours in advance

  • Must stay within the same month

8. Cancellation Policy

  • Within 48 hours = deposit CREDIT will be lost.

  • If you need to reschedule, it has to be at least 48 hours in advance.

  • We can only do it if we have availability in the same month

 

9. No-Show Policy

  • No-shows:

    • Will be permanently blocked from booking

    • Deposit forfeited

10. Late Policy

  • 10-minute grace period

  • After that = $45 late fee

  • No exceptions

  • Please leave Your property early to make sure you make it on time and please account for any traffic that may happen along the way

 

11. Style Policy

  • No last-minute changes

  • IF YOU WANT TO CHANGE YOUR STYLE, YOU NEED TO HEAR BACK FROM US FIRST. IF YOU TEXT US AND WE DON'T REPLY, IT MEANS WE DIDN'T SEE IT, SO NOTHING IS CHANGED UNLESS WE CONFIRM WITH YOU

12. Satisfaction Policy

  • No refunds

  • 3-day adjustment window

13. Hair Color Policy

  • Provided: 1, 1B, 27, 30, 613

  • Mixed colors: +$25

  • Custom colors:

    • Client provides hair

    • We send brand + length recommendations after the deposit

14. Emergency Clause

  • Emergencies may require rescheduling

  • Deposits transfer

15. Final Sales Policy

All payments final

Deposits non-refundable
